The practice of law has many components. One of the responsibilities that an attorney has in our system of jurisprudence is dispute resolution. Equally important is to defuse disputes before they occur by fostering agreements between parties that create mutual clear understandings. Although in some cases litigation is necessary as a final mechanism to bring a dispute resolution to conclusion it is a tool that is only used when there are no better options.
However, we have learned over decades of practice in and out of court that our clients are well served if we can successfully negotiate a solution as opposed to deferring their fate to a judge, jury, or arbitrator. It has been often said that attorneys always love litigation because of their training, however, clients never do. We have emphasized this approach to the practice of law and if we can assist you please contact our office. If we are unable to help you, we will gladly direct you to those who can.
